Facilitation
The real conversation
your team needs to have.
Most team days scratch the surface. People leave politely inspired and back at their desks by Tuesday, nothing has shifted. What your team actually needs is a space where the real conversations can finally happen — and someone who knows how to hold that space.
"Claire facilitated a workshop of 40 strangers and did an amazing job of making everyone feel welcome and able to speak and be heard. She's a natural at it. Made the whole day and the whole experience profound and deeply memorable."
Jon Kaye, Do Radio
Your team is talented. You know that. But something isn't landing between them. The real conversations the ones that would actually help aren't happening.
You've had team days before. Nice lunch, good energy but within the week nothing much has changed.
This time you want something different. You want people to leave feeling genuinely seen. Not processed.
Maybe you're in the middle of something — a transition, a challenge, a moment where you need everyone pulling in the same direction.
You're not looking for flip charts and forced fun. You're looking for depth. Honesty. A room where something real can happen.
And you need someone who knows how to hold that. Who can read what's in the room, sit with the difficult moments, and bring people together without pushing them.
You might be looking for this if, any of this rings true …
“Not everyone loves organised fun or team building, and Claire’s skill lay in making sure everyone had a voice. The attendees were able to get what they wanted from it with Claire’s calm direction. A really great experience, particularly for a group with some introverted and creative members.”
"Most facilitated days are forgotten by Friday. Claire's aren't. There's an authenticity to her energy that makes people feel at ease almost instantly , it's not performative, it's real. I came away feeling like I'd been part of something meaningful. That's no accident."
James Harrison - Partner & IT Director"Claire is facilitation gold dust. When I gather in a space she is holding, I feel accepted, seen, understood and empowered to grow. It's some kind of magic meets exceptional professionalism and skill. Gentle and strong. Wise and fun. All in the right doses at the right moments”

I don't arrive with a rigid programme. I arrive with a deep understanding of how groups work, what gets in the way of real conversation, and how to create the conditions for something genuine to emerge.
Every session is designed around what your team actually needs. The skills I will use include …
I work with the energy that's present, not the energy I planned for. When something unexpected surfaces, I stay steady and follow it.
❋ Reading the Room
Real conversations require real trust. I build that quickly, even in a room of strangers, through questions that go somewhere and presence that holds.
❋ Creating safety fast
Difficult conversations don't need to be avoided. They need to be held well. I create space for honesty without it becoming unsafe.
❋ Holding the tension
The day closes with clarity and commitment, not a warm glow that disappears by Monday. People leave knowing what they are taking forward.
❋ Moving from talking to doing
The people who don't usually speak in group settings often have the most to say. I create the conditions for them to be heard.
❋ Drawing out quieter voices
❋ Bringing a group into alignment
Whether it's a team stuck in conflict or one that's simply drifted, I help people find their shared ground and build from there.
“With a group of 40 adults, Claire helped us move from a single original plan into exploring multiple possibilities, and then thoughtfully brought us back together around a clear and aligned way forward. Everyone felt seen, heard, and respected, and people left the day uplifted and inspired.”
“She had a good structure, but with flex for the ideas to flow. She helped ask the right questions, to enable the creativity but also helping with focus to ensure we left the day with a plan. Engaging, funny, inspiring and thoughtful.”
A Day Designed Around What Your Team Actually Needs
Every engagement begins with a conversation. I want to understand what's really going on with your team. Not just what you want the day to achieve, but what's underneath that. What isn't being said. What needs to shift.
From there I design a session that fits. Full day or half day, in person. With structure that gives the day shape and enough space for the unexpected to happen, because that's often where the most important moments are.
"Claire Perry-Louise ran the programme for 12 months and made sure it happened like clockwork. She was the facilitator on the day and did an extraordinary job. If you need a facilitator for your event, Claire is superb. She brings humans together like no one else."
David Hieatt, Co-Founder, The Do Lectures & Hiut Denim"Claire's workshop was brilliant, interactive, the team were engaged, and at the end a brilliant feedback session helped cement the learnings. Her style made everyone comfortable from the shy to the bold. Everyone felt listened to and never uncomfortable."

Every day is different. Every team is different. The first step is a conversation, to understand what you need and whether I am the right person to help you get there.
